Not very impressed with quality control

At this price point ($150 over the typical entry level seat) I was expecting a quality product. I liked the design of the seat and flip bed with the rounded corners and plastic cover on the footrest. installation was pretty uneventful, directions were easy to follow. That's the good. Things I didn't like outweigh that. Seems quality control is lacking. The seat foam is too firm and the covers are not tightly wrapped, and have unsightly wrinkles and are loose, I will have to pull the staples and
