Letters do not print straight. Some letters are wider than others, and the H looked like it was trying to separate them. You need to work on quality control.

My husband loves it very much. Those are the colors of our sheriff's office, and he needs something for his head these cold winter months. Yes, his head is big, but it fits perfectly. Another deputy has the same thing, but his head is much smaller and fits him perfectly too. One size fits all!

Would give five stars if the letters were more gold. Was a little disappointed that they were yellow instead of gold. Otherwise the quality seems good and it is comfortable to wear.

My only complaint about the word "sheriff" is not centered so turns crooked and has to keep straightening out the wording
