These were purchased for children who needed school supplies and could not afford them. It was a good purchase made last year and there have been no complaints.

I have adjusted my star rating based on the excellent customer service but am disappointed that these headphones don't hold up to everyday use in the classroom. They break very quickly at the junction of the cable with the socket. I wanted to love her, but unfortunately I didn't

They were bought for use in my class. They are well priced but so far about 5 pairs out of 30 have been given out that didn't work straight away. Kids have been using them ever since, so I think once we've sorted out the superfluous, they'll be good headphones for our purposes.
