Great headphones which I ordered for my galaxy note 10 but they are not suitable for answering calls. I need to have a device for business calls and when I get a call the volume explodes and the caller is at full volume. I can't turn it down with a knob on my headphones, I can't adjust it from my phone or my computer. The calls go through the computer and then to my phone.
