Amazing Chemical Compound for Experiments

This product is a must-have for anyone in the Industrial and Scientific field looking to conduct chemical experiments. Through trial and error, I found that this formula was perfect for my research. It was affordable and offered the perfect consistency for use.

Pros
  • The quality of this anhydrous compound is unmatched for its price. It's also incredibly versatile and can be used for a wide range of experiments.
Cons
  • The labeling on the package could have been a bit clearer. It took me some time to figure out the exact proportion to use.

Invalid CAS number! - Laboratory Chemicals

I found and purchased this product based on the advertised CAS number 13870-30-9. I expected the product to be SODIUM TRISILICATE (Na2O7Si3), which is what that CAS number stands for. Instead, this product turns out to be ordinary SODIUM SILICATE (aka SODIUM METASILICATE) (Na2O3Si) with CAS number 1344-09-8. So if you're expecting to make your own class N water glass by dissolving it in water, you'll be disappointed as you'll end up with a class A water glass instead.

Pros
  • Best
Cons
  • Ugly Packaging

Did the job! for laboratory chemicals

I do a lot of household cleaning. I did some research and found that most dishwashing detergents have this as an ingredient. I decided to buy it and I'm very happy with it! I had a batch made with hammer and hammer washing powder, baking soda, salt and citric acid. It cleaned super and most glasses were water spot free, but I didn't want any leftovers. It worked! I only added a tablespoon or two and there was no BAM left. I'm very glad I bought it and glad I don't have to use a lot in a 2 liter

Pros
  • If satisfied
Cons
  • I will write later
