In the pictures of the description it looks very nice and neat. When I received the product it looked great too. until I put papers in. The binders let me know that as they are cut out almost perfectly they bring out any imperfections in the binder organizer. And gosh there are too many of these, I'm so disappointed, Americans always brag about "American made products" being of the highest quality. What happened next? I have not uploaded any pictures as pictures can hardly show defects.

They replaced some of the broken plastic buckets and it was nice to have very strong metal buckets. The only suggestion I would make to make it better is that the labels are now black and you can't write on them with anything other than maybe chalk or maybe a gold or silver marker. I haven't tried them yet. We used a chalk pen and it worked well, also when you put files in the bins it hides the name of what was there so you might consider replacing them elsewhere. Otherwise they are fabulous.

I highly recommend this product. I use this to store and sort emails until I'm ready to put them away. I needed one with 5 holders and a tray but it's good value. It was perfect for my needs. I've labeled my 5 categories as sorting, shredding, storing, journals and bills. And put accessories like a pair of pens, an envelope opener, a stapler and stickers inside.
