I use these to highlight my Bible and it’s perfect as far as sticking and resticking again and again without damaging the paper or lifting off the ink. There were reviewers that said it left a residue, but I haven’t had any issue with that. It lifts clean and will restick multiple times. Love that these tabs are sheer, so that when you highlight a sentence or paragraph, you can read through the plastic. I've had no issues with residue or stickiness, and I can confirm that you can reposition the tabs multiple times if need be. Regular pens don't work if you plan to write on your tabs, but a thin Sharpie does the trick wonderfully. Overall, I think for the price these are great.

I read a lot of reference books and educational literature and these little tabs are so useful for marking important pages and passages. They stick enough to stay, but are easily removable. They are color coded should you need to mark different reference types, which I do all the time. They are just long enough and come out of the holder smoothly, one at a time, alternating back and forth as you pull them out. I have zero complaints. Great little invention.

Cheap, sticky, and get the job done. They're pretty transparent which to me isn't necessarily a bad thing. You can't really write in them with regular pens though.
