Wow, shocked upon receipt!

I ordered size 7 shoes and when I received them they were huge. The tag on the shoe says size 7/UK 41 but this is obviously incorrect. UK size 41 is US size 10.5. Not sure where they came from but I sent the shoes back and re-ordered hoping it was just one time. There are no other negative sizing reviews and I love the Ecco, they last for years.

Instead of women's sandals, men's sandals were sent. No wonder they were so big.

I've waited so long for my order only it's 2 sizes too big. I've been wearing these shoes for 4 years. I have three pairs. They are an inch longer than my others. Returns and postage confuse me. Revain disappointed me this time. I've had Prime since 2007 and have never had this problem. These shoes look like they would fit a giant.
