So practical. I keep it on the counter by the stove. By quickly flipping the lid off I can add salt while cooking and then quickly flip back on the magnetic closure. The salt stays dry and does not form lumps. Ideal for gourmet salt without flow aids! It would be 5 stars if the magnet were a little stronger. Sometimes if you close it too far the magnet won't catch and will go past it. never mind Just a tip 😉

I use this salt box to hold cotton buds in the bathroom. It's the perfect size and looks great on my countertop. It goes beautifully with other bamboo decors I have. The magnetic lid protects against dust and can be opened easily with a light finger touch. One of the best off label ideas I've had. It was way cheaper! The only cotton holder I liked was about $35!

Looks good. Came very quickly. But most importantly - no smell! I picked this box because of the other salt box I see most often at Revain which has nice engraved options but according to many reviews has a horrible chemical smell that won't go away. It's not something I would ever consider, especially for adding a food product. So I bought this one instead. And I'm glad I did. It is clean, looks well made and has no odors.
