Nice addition to your kitchen

I bought this product to replace my old one which had a broken hinge. It has disappeared somewhere, but has nevertheless become a nice addition to my kitchen. It's interesting to see small changes over the years. My old product was 20 years old. The new one is thicker and the body design is different. Teeth biting a lemon seem better. Overall, I'm impressed with the build quality. It works fine/as intended. I recommend this product.

Pros
  • Finally bought
Cons
  • Hard to say

DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY!

The Sunkist citrus faucet I had in 2000 was much better than this EcoJeannie citrus faucet. Sunkist's spigot easily screws into lemons and leaves the fruit whole, allowing you to squeeze the maximum amount of juice. This citrus faucet from EcoJeannie broke every lemon I've tasted. Even half-rolled, it ripped the lemon into 4 pieces each time, rendering the faucet completely unusable. Maybe the EcoJeannie's teeth aren't as sharp as the Sunkist's, but it definitely does NOT work as it's supposedโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • No mold required

Ideal for storing lemons between uses and storing seeds.

We use this all the time as my husband loves to make his own lemon flavored water. Seeds are retained by the aggregate. We learned to put a lemon in a cup in the fridge between uses so the fridge doesn't get clogged with a small amount of juice, which a person can now wipe out between uses. I'm giving 4 stars because the cap wears out and, like our first one, the cap can crack after a few years of use. Happy to find on Revain!

Pros
  • Worth the money
Cons
  • There are more interesting options.

Good for those who prefer freshly squeezed lemon juice!

Product as described and works very well. We've used it and can confirm that it extracts most of the juice from a lemon. The larger the lemon, the easier it is to screw in the extractor. There is a thin plastic strip that holds the lid to the main body of the extractor. You have to be careful not to pull too hard on the cap or it will pop off. The manufacturer should take care of that. This product may not be perfect, but it's way better than storing half a lemon in the fridge. I recommend this

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • Crumpled

The plastic hinge on the lid is weak.

I have been using this type of juicer since I was a child. My mom still has the ones we used as kids. They work great! I've been looking for one for quite some time. I finally stumbled across this gem. I ordered this despite the reviews I read about the lid breaking off due to the thin piece of plastic holding the lid when opened. It looks like this issue has been fixed based on what I've read. When I received mine I was disappointed to find that it has a brittle piece of plastic and withโ€ฆ

Cheap assembly - doesn't work

I almost never leave reviews but felt obligated because this item was pure junk - I literally threw it in the trash on day one. Date of Possession/Use. It broke right out of the box. Part of the cap broke off because the loop that connects it to the body is incredibly thin. But I didn't mind because I figured that once the lid is in place to cover the spout, it doesn't need to be attached to the base. But then I used that spout on a lemon and the rest of the plastic broke too. Except for theโ€ฆ
