Description of Edelbrock 1444 METERING ROD

Designed for use with the Edelbrock Performer and Thunder Series carburetors only. Metering rod is used to control the air/fuel mixture. Diameter of the cruise and the power is 0. 065 and 0. 037. Rods are incredibly easy to change. Allows you to fine-tune your carburetor for optimum performance.

2 step dipstick for Edelbrock

tried in Weber Mercruiser 5,7lx 4bbl instead of OEM "3step" stick for testing a little bit, it looks like performance or fuel economy hasn't changed much have, amazing, original 3 speed rods back, maybe try again if crappy E15 fuel hits us. They had more needle tips that left a bigger hole in the low vacuum - pop-up piston settings than the Mercruieser OEM square ones. The data does not exactly match the Edelbrock 1409 charts due to Weber likely having differences in the pop-up springs and…
