🔥 Enhance Performance with Edelbrock 9266 Heat Insulator Gasket Review

This thing is pretty cool, the fact that you can touch your intake and it will burn your hand and then touch your carburetor and it will be cool to touch is amazing to me. I had a strong smell of fuel in my 73 K5 blazer and gave it a try for $20. I'm really impressed with its heat stopping ability and if I can do a few more carb inserts and clears with it I'll be even happier. We recommend.

Fixed my problem with warming up. I didn't even have to remove the lever or replace the bolts. I literally did it in five minutes, since the gasket on the carburetor was in good condition I just left it in place. Works perfect. Gasket came quickly but the quality is questionable, the one I received has deep grooves on the sides about 1/8 deep I don't know how they are made but it looks like there is air bubbles in them. Shape or not enough material, I installed it anyway, I'll unsubscribe if that fails. Edit: It didn't fail after 2 weeks of installation and solved 90% of the ethanol vapor lock issue. I have a '67 Mustang with a 302 carb and Edelbrock 600 cfm and Elebrock Performer aluminum intake. After driving, the car becomes very difficult to start if more than 15 minutes have passed since the last start. I had to press the pedal to the floor to start the car. Because the Edelbrock carburetor bell was directly opposite my aluminum air intake, heat was transferred from the air intake directly to the fuel.
