Effax 17 Ounce Leather Combi Solution Review

I use this product every time I ride in good leather boots. It keeps the skin supple and clean at the same time. Highly Recommended!

I have used Effax on the left side of the jacket and Renapur Leather Balsam on the right. Renapur brought out the texture and didn't darken the skin too much. The Effax side was dull and darkened. I would recommend Renapur.

This is a good material. Good to use as a first cleaner, but not for MAINTENANCE! It's gotten a lot of praise, but having a show horse and gear that gets wet and sees a slot that can be used isn't enough for cleaning and conditioning. Get extra glycerin.

This is a great sticky conditioner/cleaner. In hot and very humid summers I usually take my oven mitt home as the barn lockers are not in an air conditioned space and mold grows quickly. However, this past summer I was typically able to walk 5 days with this product before needing to clean my oven mitt and only took it home once when I was away for over a week.

While researching leather cleaners, especially for leather wallets, I came across information that recommends this product precisely because it doesn't ruin seams or leave stains (like some other products). After trying the product I am completely satisfied with it, it cleans perfectly, dries evenly and quickly and leaves no residue as promised. It also didn't darken the seams like other products I've used. I will definitely buy Leather Combi again.
