The deeper the aluminum channel, the less light spots your LED strip will produce. This aluminum channel is OK with maximum 12.3mm LED strip, matching most 2835, 5050, 5630 flexible LED strips. This aluminum channel profile has enough aluminum as heat-sink for heavy-duty LED strip, i.e, 3030 LED bar, 5730 LED strips. Robust lightly-frosted diffuser protects your LED strip from dust, waterdrops, touch, etc and makes it easy to clean your LED light. 90 degrees corner connectors optional. A much easier fit for outdoor (waterproof) LED strips!

I used these to house waterproof LED strips. (Those are regular LED strips that are inside a waterproof rubber tube.) Since the waterproof LED strips are thicker, they are very difficult to fit in most regular-sized aluminum channels. But these deeper channels made it a breeze to fit the waterproof strips within. Made the whole project easier and I'm very happy with the result.

Great Product - Perfect for under or in cabinets! Pay attention to sizes

Well designed product that really allows for a more elegant permanent solution to mounting LED lights.This is perfect for mounting LED strips under or in cabinets. I'm using to mount under cabinets for floor and counter-top lighting. Also used to replace an older light above the sink.They arrived with no burrs on the cut ends.Cutting them down to different lengths is easy enough but you will need a hacksaw, dremel, or similar.
