With a little trimming for my "overlapping" fondant press (I used tiny scissors to just snip off the excess fondant) this shape turned out to be beautiful grass ! Will be used again on many, many cakes. Very professional effect!

Product as described and easy to use. I was positively surprised. I simply dusted the mold with a little confectioner's sugar or cornstarch (I always use cornstarch, I usually), pressed the mold down really well and scraped off the excess, then popped out and you had the perfect little patch of grass.

I need something to polish some sides of a cake for a kids party. I used chocolate for modeling and it worked really well! After pushing and pulling the chocolate out, I had to go over the sculpture with a knife to remove the excess and leave the detailed grass behind. The detail is great and it works great. It was so easy that I highly recommend it as a light herbal form!

AWESOME! It's a shame that I didn't order more, because you rarely only need a small piece of "grass" for a cake design. Maybe they could consider doing a combo deal for her? For example, if you order 3, you get the 4th for free. or so. This way I could make 4 fillings at a time, which would speed up my work on the cake's design. Very durable quality that allows you to get details in chocolate.

I gave four stars just for ease of use, simply because it's a complex shape and takes a little time. However, those with experience in forms should have no difficulties. Just remember to dust with some powdered sugar, fill with fondant, press small pieces at a time and evenly into each column, pop in the freezer for a few minutes, then slowly release from one end as you relax work down until it comes out completely. The final product is absolutely stunning and realistic.
