The pearls were difficult to collect and the chain was completely broken. She would like a replacement because it was a gift from her uncle, but she was afraid to pay that amount and collapse again.

I don't like writing negative reviews but this really disappointed me. This item arrived today and was perfect (I thought so) as I had a gift to make today. Everything looks pretty good, but as soon as I open the main box, there is no necklace! I looked everywhere thinking maybe it was in another little bag but nothing. It was very disappointing, I've never had anything like this before. Please make sure the real necklace is in the box before gifting!
