The software is easy to use and has a lot of functionality.

This is a great piece of software and the company has a very good reputation. It has excellent customer service (they are quick to respond) and their documentation is quite thorough. Their price point is reasonable (especially compared to other vendors). Unfortunately, the current version of the software does not have all of the features required by our organization. Specifically, the current version of Egon does not have a way to identify duplicate addresses in our database, and it does not…
