I was looking for a red remote cover that didn't look like red/orange silicone. Every time I found a darker red cover, it came in a weird red-orange silicone color. Until now. This cover was exactly the red color I was looking for and matched the product image the seller posted. So happy with that.

I like this idea. However, since you often need to right-click on the right or left edge of the Apple TV remote, that raised ledge around the trackpad really just gets in the way, and you have to somehow move it right or left to do the click. The rest fits well. But it will most likely end up in the trash.

I like the feel of this case and it protects the remote quite well. I have no problem using any of the remote control functions with this case. BUT, I would say after about 8 months of use (or maybe less) the case started to loosen noticeably, as if the remote itself had gotten smaller in that time. Now the case is loose and it's annoying.

Does what it's supposed to and more. I wasn't really looking for protection for my Apple TV remote, but I needed a way to find my remote when it was placed on dark sheets and dark furniture. Red contrasts well with black and does not rub off. The feel is not bad and improves the grip when operating the remote control. Of course I would like a different color.

A little sad. Supported elago for many years, many mobile phone cases. I recently purchased the R1 case for the Apple TV below, I really like it and it works great. I purchased this R2 TV case above and the way the case wraps around the Apple TV remote doesn't allow me to fully release the click function on the primary touchpad.
