Size XL. I'm 5'11" and 163 pounds. I've lost 40 pounds in the last six months but my skin still thinks I weigh 203 pounds. I wear this compressor for walking and other physical activities. It keeps my skin in place. I've read that shrinking my skin probably won't help. After a month I see no improvement but I am hopeful.

This is my favorite compression item, well made and just how I wanted it is snug around my body but soft on my stomach. I bought it so it could lift my entire abs and chest area. Compared to other items I've looked at, it's very good value for money. It fits as expected based on the sizing in one of the photos.

I've only worn a compression shirt once and it looks and feels very different from traditional shaping products. He had just the right amount of pressure to enhance his looks without restricting his breathing. It took me a while to get used to the zip and get it working, but I like it better than the steps/sweater models.
