Wonderful "cheat sheet" for Insta Pot! Very well written, very easy to read! This "cheat sheet" not only breaks things down by meat type and cooking time, but also gives you information on how much water or broth to add - something many "cheat sheets" DO NOT include! The durable magnetic backing and laminated cards make this booklet durable and a great addition to any fridge door!

After receiving and viewing, the time is not accurate. I don't know what height the company used, but I've never seen such a short time for many of the items listed. The release time is also dangerously wrong. Save your money - it's a return, I wouldn't even give it to someone I don't like. When it comes to time in the kitchen (the need for recooking), properly cooked food, and the safety of your family, it is best to AVOID this product.

I returned this as I was very dissatisfied with the time in it. They do not match the instant bank time stated by the bank. This is the time I used and it worked for me. They were very different. The ones for the beans didn't say if they were dried or soaked and they were very different from the ones I used. I was so hoping this would work because I was fed up with the big sticky notes on my fridge with reference times. It would be great.

I just love this cooking table. It is durable like heavy printed pages with a glossy finish. If any of the sides get grease or other ingredients, they can be easily wiped off that way. This book has settings for every meat or food you can think of. I always grab a card book before starting an IP meal. They even tell you if you need to sear the meat first and which ones. You won't regret ordering this amazing chart book for your pressure cooker.

This is a great table but I thought it had more products. There are only about 5 or 6 products in each category. But we keep it. I found some of the quick release or natural release directions to be inaccurate. My husband cooked split peas and made a quick release (as recommended) and we had leftover split peas all over the pot and in the kitchen. Take directions with caution until you test them yourself.
