I like these but they no longer turn off as expected when you press the button and I can't find a way to contact the company Find out how to fix this problem.

I've only used a hand mill and had no idea how efficient and convenient an electric salt and pepper mill could be. It is absolutely a must-have gadget.

I bought it because fresh soil is better than any ready soil. I use a lot of pepper when making homemade bacon or pickles for turkey and chicken. They work great. I'm still experimenting with fine grinds as long as they're durable and work well.

I like the simplicity of the shakers and the great button. Most shakers have a blue light, this one has a white light so you can see the spices better. One thing I will say is that I have used them a few times and didn't have to press a button, the condiments dispensed by themselves. I think it was because there was residue in the mill (this is still under investigation). In general this is a good product.

ok. They don't seem to be able to set the grinder size too well. The handle just keeps turning. One of them won't turn off. There is no indication of whether they are on or off. You're not pressing the button, so just keep pressing it and it still won't turn off. An inconvenience, sure, but a small one. It is also good that they are rechargeable. Other grinders require up to 6 batteries each. Overall pretty cool. Well, you just have to look at the durability.

I was on the verge of returning them until I decided to read the instructions. :) That's when I realized that the coarseness of the grind can be adjusted by simply turning the white knob on the top of each grinder. I thought I had covered this before, but apparently I haven't. I might add it to another coffee grinder or if they sent me a link to rate the seller. I've tried several coffee grinders; this is my favorite. But I liked them so much that I immediately ordered more to give away. There were just a few small issues. One of them didn't switch off.
