Ideal for preparing instant noodles or ramen. Just pour in the water with the spice packet and some meat (if you have any), then let it simmer for about 3-5 minutes to make sure everything is cooked, then add the mushrooms/vegetables if you have any, and cook for about 2 more minutes. and then add noodles or ramen and wait about a minute then turn off. We like to cook stew or broth in large portions at the weekend and heat it up for lunch or dinner on weekdays. This pan is just perfect for the job. We share the stew or freeze the broth and then just grab what we want to eat in the evening. Absolute rubbish in hot pots

This thing is so poorly constructed I'm surprised anyone would be careless enough to put it on the market. The first thing I noticed was that the heating coil does not distribute the heat evenly. When I took it apart it became clear why, as it wasn't really a coil, just a semi-circle of a heating element that kept one side of the pot cold and the other hot enough to set your food on fire.
