This rotary hammer is very easy to use. Just put down the paper and press the button. If you want, he punches several sheets at the same time. Not sure about the locking feature but this one is durable and punches a lot of paper at once. I was looking for a brand I used at work and they want around $125. This one was a lot cheaper, looks and works the same. For large stacks of paper without staples, punch holes in the paper. Now that I said long lasting it fell to the floor and I thought I was done.
