Ideal for vacuuming and floor care

The product fixed a recurring problem with the nozzle neck and I also got a new wiring harness. Save a lot of time to "fix" those wires (again).

Pros
  • Electrolux 6500 Epic Gardiam Power Nozzle Elbow Neck (Blue & White)
Cons
  • Makes me nervous

Good original part for the price

We have an old Electrolux vacuum that is about 20+ years old. I bought this spare part for brush repair. The knee was a genuine OEM part and works like new. Also replace the east - probably 20 minutes of work.

Pros
  • Fits models: Epic, Guardian, Legacy, 6500,7000,8000
Cons
  • embarrassing

So far, so good. on vacuum parts and accessories

I bought another brand that looked the same and broke on the 3rd or 4th use. I then tried this one, it costs twice as much. We've used the vacuum about 6 times and it seems to be holding up great. What I've seen online is true that Electrolux parts are only available from Electrolux dealers.

Pros
  • General part number 26-6212-29
Cons
  • Almost fine

The wire in the "knee" has been worn out for more than 25 years. This new part had the wiring harness already installed so replacement was fairly easy - just unplug the existing wires one at a time and plug in the new wires. Looks OEM quality so I hope I never have to do that again. UPDATE: Well here it is, January 2021. I had the part 1 year and 4 months before it broke. Not exactly the durability of a genuine OEM part that has lasted over 20 years. Will they be nice and just send a small…

Pros
  • With contacts and headlight connector
Cons
  • Appearance
