The low profile allows it to fit under most of my furniture. He collects loose hairs on the carpets, but when the hairs are crushed he cannot pick them up. I love my laminate.

All contents were included but the brushes were all bent and unusable. Okay my fault it was instructed to put the brushes in hot water and smooth them out. And they do. Good product.

I found that I don't have a mopping function on my iLife- Vacuum cleaners so they serve no purpose in my setup. But the filters are great and the brushes are handy. My vacuum got stuck under the edge of the rug and broke the bristles so it permanently stuck to any rug so I replaced them with these - problem gone, never came back! I have a V5 and have used it to replace worn/dirty parts. The filters are a little tricky to install but they come and work just fine. I think (unless my old one is worn out) they are a bit thicker, but even then they still fit. The spinners were bent due to the small box they were in and would not straighten 100%. but they straightened up where I have no trouble with them. They spin and do what they do with no problem.
