Great customer service

My daughter loves this watch. It looks great but starting lagging behind on the time from the fifth day and stopped working on the eighth day of use. However, their customer care was amazing. A day after my review was posted, the vendor contacted me and agreed to send a free replacement. I now look forward to receiving the new watch and will update this review accordingly.
