Installation a little more difficult than expected, everything very tight, actually had to make a drain hose, the one supplied was too short. Otherwise a very good product and works perfectly

We bought this for our school to use with the fountain. The water tastes great, and while the gas station itself doesn't get cold, the water does get cold when it's hooked up to a cooling fountain.

Good product, it will be nice when I put it in. Corresponds to the current fountain that will work. I did not receive the full kit, missing filters/filter parts, fitted connector, T-connector, top cap replacement, etc.

Our office loved it! We're trying to reduce the number of disposables and that's great. We bought this with a filter although our well already had a filter and we figured there couldn't be too many with our city water. This requires a plumber.

I installed 3 of these bottle filling stations on existing fountains at our facility. They were easy to install and work very well. Everyone loves filtered water and uses it throughout the day instead of buying bottled water.

The first two I bought worked great but the last one I tried to buy was a nightmare. I have returned to the company three times. The first two times because the last time the drainage system was wrong due to the wrong size of the pool. The company worked with me on my return but I want to get the right one so I can make it. It would be nice if someone from the company would contact me and find out what problems I'm having.

Due to Covid-19 we felt it was impossible to have water at any cost without touching the fountain. So $500 was the price we had to pay for security. It seems pretty chunky for what it is, but we're glad it is. We had it installed by a professional plumber who commented that it took two people to get the job done in a few hours as it was a lot harder than it looked.
