was installed on our covered porch. Added Emerson Boardwalk lighting. Fan was easy to take. The only complaint is the silver chain and silver caps on some of the screws (see picture). The screws for the brackets all matched. I will paint them.

Looks clean and high quality. The blades are also plastic, but once installed they don't look like it. No noise is excluded, does not wobble, creates a beautiful flow for our terrace. Fits snugly on the roof, no gaps, maintains a clean look.

Our terrace collapsed during a big storm. We decided to modernize the patio, not just replace it. These two fans contributed to the improved atmosphere of the new terrace. Very quiet and easy installation.

This fan was perfect for my needs. This is a small under porch fan designed for wet areas. The blades are plastic and should not deform from moisture in the air. It's a very quiet fan, even at high speed. Installation was easy.
