Works great, cleans great. Completely satisfied.

Pros: - works great - cleans great - normally dishwasher safe - very easy to clean in the sink if the dishwasher doesn't clean thoroughly Cons: - the sticker on the bottom is difficult to remove and the finish on the bottom remains a bit sticky after several washes

Pros

Cons

Beautiful Heavy Duty Baking Tin

This is a wonderful baking tin. Very modern and at the same time suitable for all types of decoration. Easy to use and easy to clean. Appreciate its finish as food does not stain and any utensil can be used. I have recently started purchasing various Emile Henry products and regret not having done so years ago as they are well worth the extra cost.

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • Crumpled Wrapping

Heavy and durable pot

Like many of Emile Henry's casseroles, the celadon lining makes cleaning easier. Food slides off and little to no cleaning is required. It bakes casseroles quickly and evenly and looks pretty enough to serve. I have several molds in different colors, shapes, and sizes, and they're all great for baking, serving, and cleaning up. I highly recommend it.

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • No

Great upgrade for me

First purchase from Emile Henry but not my last as I have already purchased an Emile Henry oil pot. The quality of this baking pan is wonderful and it is much prettier than my regular baking pan. I particularly notice and appreciate how much better this casserole dish retains heat and how much easier it is to clean like new. I love it.

Pros
  • Excellent design
Cons

Great product, BEST cookware.

I love Emile Henry baking tins. It bakes everything evenly and my guest is always delighted with the end product. This crockery is also easy to clean. Cherry red is an amazing colour, deep and vibrant and looks great on any table for any occasion. I highly recommend this product, as well as all the other items in this collection. You will not be disappointed.

Pros
  • Good workmanship
Cons
  • No performance

I just don't see the value for money

I was on an upside down pineapple cake and got high. It didn't, and it ended up being better than the $10 skillet I replaced. This dish is NOT 9 inches long at the bottom. That was my big disappointment. Made this dish first and then again with the $10 dish. One is better than the other, no. The $10 dish actually contained my required 9 pineapples. IMO, 350 degrees in the oven is 350 degrees in the bowl.

Pros
  • Lots of good vibes
Cons
  • Can I add something

Emile Henry Cookware

Emile Henry ceramic cookware was one of those kitchen items that really made a difference. In the past we have used different shapes for baking - glass, other ceramics etc - which we bought mainly because of the price. With Emile Henry's "Baking Pans" we have found that the same dishes that we have cooked in a different, lower quality baking pan turn out significantly better with Emile Henry. So much so that I would say it's not even a comparison. Lasagna, casseroles, and simple things like…

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Crumpled
