American Clothes by Emily Rose Furniture Review

It was pretty easy to assemble although there is one screw missing but everything is fine. What I don't like is that only the latch that is supposed to hold the bed is loose and the bed keeps falling off, the same goes for the closet door, it doesn't hold the door enough. Not worth it for the price!

Very nice kit although this granny took over 2 hours to build. Well worth it, I think my granddaughter will love this American Girl doll. Follow the instructions, use the attached photos. I made a mistake with the closet door that slowed me down. Overall very happy with the purchase.

This is a really nice idea, but it was difficult to put together as none of the parts were labeled and the bed magnet that holds it keeps falling out no matter how many times we screw it back in. My daughter loves how pretty it looks but is disappointed that the bed won't open due to the magnet!

Nice little bed in the wall alcove and wardrobe that I bought for my baby. It required assembly, which was easy to do with a small Phillips screwdriver, but after I assembled it, the ETA magnet that latches the bed fell off. Not strong enough and the screws are very small. I may have to glue it. Disappointed as it is a gift

My granddaughter has some 14 inch dolls but I bought a closet that fits an 18 inch doll so I have more space for her doll clothes and other things. So she has 10 outfits in her closet so far, with room for a few more. The drawer under the bed offers space for 11 pairs of shoes and boots. And her bed is wide enough to hold her two pajama party dolls. My granddaughter loves making Murphy's bed.

I love this bed/wardrobe! I got a Christmas present and I know she will love it. Made of wood, even hangers. I had to assemble, but I expected it to take an hour because I took my time laying out all the pieces and carefully studying the "picture" instructions. The numbers on each part are on the edges and small, but they are. When I put it together I thought it was the cutest thing! Really strong and we can do it! I love it and recommend it.

I was surprised when the birthday girl opened the box and saw all the parts we needed to assemble, but the assembly took about 25 minutes if we followed the instructions carefully and with care followed the help of the birthday boy. The bed in the wall alcove is a new piece of furniture and the closet contains all of her AG outfits. BG was happy with the linens provided and also made use of the storage boxes. We were happy with the price given the quality of the product.

This wardrobe and the bed in the wall alcove are simply adorable. Most items have a solid wood feel and are painted very well. I've never assembled anything where the holes are drilled perfectly - these are perfect! I made a mistake by including a white shelf at the bottom of Murphy's bed (above the tissue drawer). If you place this shelf incorrectly, there will be no holes for the Murphy bedposts. This is pretty easy to fix, but keep an eye on it. My daughter loves it and will play for hours!
