.Why pay double the price.

This is my second 12 inch induction hob. The first one cost me more than double and didn't work as well as this one. The temperature control is excellent, so you always have the perfect temperature.

Pros

Great product for cooktops

The first cooktop I received was damaged. The return and replacement process was INCREDIBLE. The hob was exactly as pictured. Super easy to put on and looks great. My tenant loves it. She sent me a thank you card. I will definitely order from this supplier in the future.

Looks great. heats well

Looks great. Easy to clean but tends to stain. Heating areas are sufficient. The controls take a little getting used to. The heating elements seem to be close together, so the other pan must be smaller. Likewise, it can sometimes be difficult to access the controls when using a large pan from the front.

No, seriously not!

This is my second Empave 2 burner induction hob. They are both broken and no longer connect to pots. Empave said they know what's broken but I have to pay to fix it. If you can reach someone from Empawa, you've hit the nail on the head! They will not help at all, refund, repair and guarantee their products! Terrible customer service! That being said I have two, yes 2, 2 branded induction cooktops that I will be selling for parts! I temporarily rented two benchtop burners and they work greatโ€ฆ
