So far, so good! for holster

I have no complaints. I only rated it three stars for durability because I feel the durability has stood the test of time I haven't had that long. But the fit and functionality were great.

Terrible product in holsters

Supposed to be Otter Box material but it isn't. The clip is a cheap Otterbox and the body is the cheapest material. Also, they take the same amount as the product from the Otterbox.

Purchased. I returned it as it is not the Galaxy S10Plus otter belt clip as it says. And I thought it was just a mistake and then I got the same replacement. I'm used to a belt clip for my phone and it hurts to send things back and forth that I didn't order.

I insult this product and it is holding up great.

I often work and manage outdoor maintenance projects and am very abusive of such products, they hold up great, never slip off my belt or pocket, I bang hard on various things 'here and there' and It works still as good as the day it came in the mail, I'm very happy with it.

Holds my phone very firmly

Holds very well so far. I needed a place for my phone when I'm wearing a robe (I don't trust pockets in those things). This works great when I see patients. I don't have to worry about my phone falling out of my robe's front pocket or sitting on it when it's in my back pocket. The clip feels pretty solid and the phone fits the Otterbox case very well. It was worth buying!

Your phone won't slip!

This product is excellent for a suburban outdoor box. Your phone is easy to take out and put in and never falls out. I don't care how hard you try. If I had to choose a little dislike. It would be if the clip could have rounded corners at the top. I wear the phone on a belt vertically on my side and my hand sometimes rubs the clip. I overcome this by simply moving the phone closer to my back or stomach depending on the situation.

Lifetime warranty saved my wallet. It's not perfect, but the customer service almost makes it.

I have bought this product twice. I have 3 of these together but only one works. The top clip holding the item has broken twice. The first time I broke an item, I immediately bought a second one. The second time the yoke broke I checked and saw that the item was covered by a lifetime warranty. I complained and received a replacement within a week. The Otterbox Commuter doesn't come with a standard holster and there are very few or only one option that actually works and this is the one. I was…
