Just open the drive with your finger, add the drive and thermal pad. The simple installation takes only a few minutes and works immediately on PC and consoles. The metal on the outside gets quite warm even with thermal padding after ripping a 100GB game, although playing games for a couple of hours should be fine. Feels pretty high quality and so far I'm satisfied.

Works great for me. This little guy supports M and B+M keys as well as NVMe and SATA. I had a SATA 500G M.2 which would not work with many similar items on the market (which don't support SATA). I am very pleased! All my important files, legal and financial backups are on a 0.5TB drive that I can easily plug in in an emergency - and I'm immune to main PC drive failures.

quick and easy installation, just open, insert SSD, close and sync. I installed a 1T Samsung 970 Nand SSD and connected it to my PS4, I had to format the drive but once that was done it worked fine. This device made it easy to update my drive without having to open and risk the receiving device. Warranty is void. I'm very happy with it! Must get if you have an extensive game collection or just need space.

I have an NVMe SSD with M.2 from another project. available interface. With this adapter it's now a 1TB portable SSD drive which I think is a very good fit. There's even foam included in the box that connects the NVMe to the metal case, which I believe also acts as a heatsink. Slide it out, insert the NVMe and secure with the locknut. A screwdriver is not necessary in the entire operation! It even comes with 2 data cables, USB CC, USBC-A. I don't know what else to ask.

This is an interesting design, not my favorite but so clean and minimal. The body is anodized aluminum and its quality isn't as crappy as the others. The adapter inside is a plastic base and is also manufactured with high precision. When you plug it into your computer, it works just fine and is basically ready to go with no backup. Interconnects. A very useful tool for working with NVMe cards. I got it to prepare the NVMe card for my new PC before installing it into the NVMe slot on the motherboard. I have ordered an IFull m.2 drive for my NVMe drive. The disc is rated 3k r/w and will perform as such when mounted internally. I have previously bought a case from a manufacturer and it only did 1,000 R/W. I sent the case back. This drive is rated for 10g R/W. I've looked at a lot of cases on Revain and found mixed reviews. I solved this and it works fine. One word of advice so you don't make the same mistake I did, make sure your SSD is properly installed in the enclosure. When I first put my drive in the case it seemed to be seated properly and I was able to lock it in place with the thumbscrew at the top of the SSD drive.
