If you wanna be P0rnSt4r level clean, look no further. The smaller attachment is far superior, and when aiming the hose straight up, aim for about 6-10 inches of a water spout, as a good reference of how much pressure to use before use. You *will* cramp from the dehydrating effect of tap water entering your body like this. Drink electrolytes immediately after use.

This product works well and in my opinion this is the best cheap product on the market for this purpose. Now I can play with my toys without worrying about the mess

I love this, makes life sooooooo much easier especially for someone who does anal and loves being clean. Only problem was the diverter, it doesnt really work because water still comes out of the enema and the shower, and when you twist it it both turns off so you need to get a new one. But other than that no other problem.

If this want clean you out then you need to go to the Dr. Good pressure and alot of water shooting up the milky highway. Cleans you out beautifuly
