Ideal for bedside use. We use them during tropical storms and hurricanes because they don't have as many batteries as flashlights. You can take one with you, but we just put one in each room. Just bright enough but probably not bright enough to sit and read. Ideal for seniors at night.

I've seen this ad a couple of times on TV. I bought this to have some light in the area where my microwave is. First, the light is of poor quality. It barely hung on the wall. Its light is very weak. And the nightlife is much stronger than it. I am very disappointed at this point.

We don't have sockets in the hallway of our bedroom and I bought this to use as a night light. Do not do that! I used four Duracell AA batteries which have been said to last a long time. They lasted about a week. I don't buy $5 batteries and change all four in different sections every week. That would be fine for occasional use, but not for several hours a day.

I just can't fit all the batteries into my cavities. There is no glue on the back so I can easily put it in a sloping closet. I had to use a drill I don't have. waste of money. Same problem when I ordered another lamp thinking the first one was defective. I can't get all the batteries into their slots, and I'd rather have a soft grip than crash into a sloping closet wall.
