Description of ๐Ÿ”ง Enhanced Performance Balljoint Boot by Energy Suspension - 9.13130G

High quality. High performance. Professional products. Hyper-Flex replacement polyurethane components stand up well to contaminants that often destroy rubber and have been engineered to give longer-lasting performance and not compress permanently.

Best suited for 4th generation bodies Body Bushings

I accidentally tore the boot on my brand new lower ball joint while installing it on my 1997 Firebird. I bought these as a replacement and they fit perfectly.

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • Outer

not suitable. too small.

that doesn't fit the top ball joint in my 1998 Explorer. xltit just barely covers the bottom of the ball joint which is a mistake. I measured the standard ball joint, it's 6mm.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Can I add something

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Cable shorter than others

Good quality and great price

Product works as it should and is perfect for replacing a torn boot. I was able to remove the tie rod end boot and replace it with this. It fits well and feels like a higher quality material than an OEM boot. Time will tell if the shoe will hold up.

Pros
  • Hard wearing surface
Cons
  • Hard to say

Good thickness is great for Honda 7th generation

were bought because my ball joint boot was completely torn. Unfortunately, due to my installation work, when I ripped the boot slightly, I knew it was only a matter of time before it would bite me again. These boots saved my day, are very thick and fit my 2001 civilian almost perfectly, a great item for a much needed job.

Pros
  • Everything is great!
Cons
  • For old parts

They can pass, they can't.

One size. They don't sit neatly on the tie rod ball joints that I put them on. They work better than factory boots that ripped off after a few hundred miles, but leave a lot to be desired. Polyurethane material feels hard. I'm neither satisfied nor disappointed as I couldn't find the right trunk size for my car anywhere. They will work, although not as well as I had hoped.

Pros
  • Looking forward to it
Cons
  • For pensioners

Cheap repair for torn ball joint and tie rod boots

They also fit my 1995 Ford Explorer upper ball joint boots. It seems to be working fine after replacing the torn boot for 2 months and keeping the lube on so I don't have to replace the upper control arm (when the left boot has torn after just a year!). I simply cut off the old cuff, cleaned and re-greased the joint and glued this on top. The mounting pressure keeps it in place. It seems to move and squeeze out some more lube as it moves, so check again and wipe off any excess lube after a fewโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • I'll keep quiet
