Good product. Does his job!

I didn't know they made it for the skylight. I ordered it right away. We live on our 5th bike full time and spend the winter in an EXTREMELY cold country. This item will be nice and thick, very well made. The cold in our shower/bath has already stopped it. I'm sure it will help a lot in the summer to keep out the heat as well.

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • A few little things

Great product but had to improvise.

Good product but not durable even with velcro straps due to the shape of our skylight. We used 2 control hooks on each end of the skylight and ran a bungee cord through and it held tight. We were happy with the quality of the product and it really made a big difference in the temperature in our TT.

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Hard to say

Nice but not suitable for sloped skylights

The recess in our RV skylights is beveled (tilted) so they don't stay in place (poor design by the skylight manufacturer). The included Velcro stickers probably won't help as the Sherpa material is non-stick around the edges. If you have a straight shot (vertical notch hole) they should work fine, the pressure should hold the cover.

Pros
  • Dope πŸ”₯
Cons
  • A few minor things

perfect for RV roof window

only used it for a week but it's perfect for the skylight. keeps the room cool in direct sunlight (I'm sure it helps when it's chilly too). The fit couldn't be better but it also comes with 3m of velcro if you need extra help to keep it in place (I didn't have to use the 3m it comes with). I have a second light in my van that I will buy another one for.

Pros
  • cool item
Cons
  • There are even more interesting options.

They are nice and thick and reduce the heat coming from the heavenly light.

I gave three points for the glue but that's probably not fair. The skylight only had about an inch of space to attach velcro to the skylight. The solution was pretty simple. I just took the fish line, wrapped it around the screws, pulled it to the other side and did the same with the screws on that side. They are nice and cozy and will get the job done.

  • Weight

  • Tradable

Keeps the trailer cool!

It's September 2020 and we bought it in June 2020. A great purchase for our camper. The skylight over the shower was nothing more than a heat source that made cooling the caravan a nightmare. We turned on the air conditioning when we weren't even using the trailer to keep the cabin from overheating. The "fuzzy" sides really keep it in place. Before inserting, I checked the temperature with a fast surface scan temperature sensor and got a reading of 121 degrees Fahrenheit just below the…

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Non-automatic
