Enerhu Baking Cupcake Disposable Oven Safe Review

They weren't quite what I expected. I thought they would replace my square cupcake pans but they don't bake well. I would recommend using it for portioning and serving only, not for baking.

A little anxious until arrival. These are sweet and strong. Purely cleaned of baked goods. I liked being able to bake more small half-sheet cakes with less effort than using muffin/cupcake tins. Anyway, I'm not a big fan of cupcake paper. They are well packed for travel. They work well in the freezer. I'm glad to have it.

I bought one of these really cool brownie pans and imagined what amazing things I would bake in it. However, cleaning the pan was a nightmare, despite the non-stick coating, spray or other lube. These wonderful containers remind me of Chinese turtle food boxes but are far more useful and not metal. I can bake cupcakes in it, mail them to neighbors (disposable and recyclable), and let them experience the joy of opening an edible gift. I will order them again and recommend them over flimsy paper…
