Engage is excellent for managing employee compliance and engagement

I like that it has so many features in one program! The layout can be confusing when you're new but we have found ways around this with trial & error (and help from our support team!). We are using engage as part of an internal training programme - which means there will always need to be someone available who knows how things work inside out or else people struggle to get their head round them all together. But once they do start working through everything then everyone gets used to what each…

Pros
  • We also have several users being able to access via the internet so if we need to do something at the last minute we can do it!
Cons
  • The software does sometimes go down for a minute or so and then come back up again it doesn't last long but it's better than the complete crashdown we experienced at one point!

Engage Vidcast software - Very easy way for clients & colleagues

The best thing about this product it that I can put my logo/picture or even video advertisement in front of customers without having them know what they are viewing. This has been very helpful especially when you want your customer (s) not knowing that an ad came up while they were working with someone else but instead thinking its just something cool floating above their desk!
