I have a top of the line computer and the keyboard is on USB 3 only a few feet from the CPU and it freezes constantly. I've been using for months and this constant issue. It just happened twice while writing this sentence. Buy something else, this is crap, the battery is terrible. The mouse I don't even use because it was crappy. The keyboard looks fine but it's almost not functional.

This set looks beautiful but for some will get a little getting used to. For those who have never used a typewriter before like us older folk this unit is very tactile with more than normal key travel. For some reason I was so confused by this keyboard that I ended up putting it aside for 6 months before attempting to set it up again.I feel pretty stupid because it was so simple to figure out, but somehow I missed the key instruction which was to remove the USB from inside of the mouse. Bought the keyboard for regular home office use. Thought it looked cool. It does look cool. Hated it for business use. It's in the box if anyone wants it. lol. Found my old wired keyboard and plugged it. It's massive and takes us space but better than the beautiful but worthless gaming board.

The USB will not connect to the mouse and keyboard if more than 5 feet away. I used it on several different computers, the same issue occurs. I do not have many electronic devices in my apartment to interfere. I contacted the company and no results. I do not recommend anyone buy this unless you're sitting right on top of the computer.

Keyboard is slick looking and I get a lot of comments! First mouse wasn’t as responsive, they quickly replaced for me and now all is perfect! Great product and customer service!

first of all, like most products, it starts out great, but after time, you will be charging them more often, and the only indication, keyboard strokes are slow and mouse works backwards, click on a open space and instead of landing there, it make a folder etc. it would have been nice if indicator light would turn red,,and as a write now I type this, I must go back and re enter missing letters. worse, i bought 3 and must replace all of them.

Though this keyboard looks really neat, there is no battery for it. You are constantly charging either the mouse or the keyboard with the usb plug. I bought it to use in my home office just for something different, I work 10-12 hour days in accounting and I have to attach the usb to my mouse at least twice a day when it starts to lag (like a mouse acts when the battery is dying) and at least one extra time a day to the keyboard. A solid keyboard, useful for a wfh setup that you need some distance from your screens (I use a TV for a monitor) and it has survived the amount I type rather well. It does squeak sometimes but it's not super noisy.The real reason for the 3 star review is the mouse. It's garbage, no nice way to phrase it. It's stupid looking and completely impractical shaped.

I ordered this back in March. They stay charged for days and I have not one complaint. It even came with a mousepad and I didn't even expect that!

I really like the keyboard and mouse but when I got the keyboard today the A button is pushed down & is hard to push. & for some reason I cant find a way to return it and get a new one instead they just want to refund me. I really want this keyboard

This is my all-time favorite keyboard and mouse. The key touch is just right and it is so sleek and pretty. A cordless, backlit keyboard is a must! And the mouse allows for a relaxed hand, no gripping needed. Really, this is a keeper.

I like the product because the look and feel. But as of lately the mouse is no longer holding its charge. seems that there is an issue with the charging ports on the mouse. Ive noticed others complaining of the same issue. so now have gone back to using a wired mouse since this now unreliable. It went from charging once a week to everyday to all the time now it doesnt charge at all. the seller contacted quickly sent the pics they asked for since then no response

The keyboard is beautifully lit, so it is easy to use in dark. It is NOT quiet, the keys clack quite loudly. It’s the most loud I have used. It is a bit heavy, fine for home or desk use but not great for transporting.

The connect is super simple, but the lights are not bright like the advertisement shows. It doesn't glow around the outside edge of the keyboard as pictured. The mouse is good. It's responsive, smooth and completely silent.

Mouse itself is great, and I really do love the keyboard but the range of the dongle is advertised at several more feet than actuality. I purchased partially because of my recording studios computer set up, where we needed to have distance between the PC and our desk monitors. The mouse stays fine, keyboard goes off every ten seconds and has a very delayed response time. Was going to return but loved the shape of the mouse so much I kept it and swapped out the keyboard with another.

I would love to rate this at four stars, but unfortunately after having it for three months, I cannot. The initial four would've only been because nowhere does it state that the USB is stored in a compartment on the underside of the mouse (which is a clever design, albeit a bit tricky to find on your own) and the keys themselves were a bit squeaky.
