Redo your size chart!

Nicely made! The xlrg fits nicely on my size 12 foot! The details for the size chart have xlrg and LRG which is it? And there's no mention of sizes above 10!

Pros
  • Protects skin from sun and salt
Cons
  • The socks may trap sand and debris, causing discomfort

Great Product! A Little Tight

Good product but too tight for me. I can normally wear an 8.5 - 9 comfortably. 8.5 sometimes is too tight. I got these in a 9 and they felt a little too tight, not by much but enough to make my foot a little numb after some swimming. I would go a size up if you're around my same size. Other than the sizing they fit well to your foot and the quality seems to be there.

Pros
  • Comfortable fit for extended wear
Cons
  • The fins may not provide enough flexibility for efficient movement

Good buy, Good quality.

Good quality. Fits within the range of shoe size however, you want them to fit snug in order to keep the sand out. Thanks for attention.

Pros
  • Suitable for use in freshwater or saltwater
Cons
  • The fins may cause fatigue and exhaustion due to their weight

Like them enough to have two pair

Just purchased second pair as I have worn holes in the first ones from walking in them on rough surfaces too much during two summer seasons. This is not a product flaw as the whole sock is neoprene and does not have the hard rubber bottom of other scuba booties.I wear these with my freedive fins and they provide just the right amount of padding to comfortably dive for hoursI wear a size 10 shoe and the size large sock is just a little snug with out being uncomfortable , the XL size bunched up…

I was trying to get the appropriate size based on .

I was trying to get the appropriate size based on the sizing chart and other customer reviews. I am a male with slender feet who typically wears between 8.5 and 9.5 in a dress shoe, and my current running shoe is a 10.5. I ordered the large size scuba sock, and it is very snug, *almost* too small. I ordered these to use as socks for water shoes, so I think I would prefer them to be a bit larger and slightly looser. For scuba purposes, very snug might be okay, that's not my area of expertise. I…

Pros
  • ScubaMax
Cons
  • The fins are unsuitable for use with wider foot sizes

A must companion to use with swim fins

Everyone who uses large swim fins needs to purchase and use them. Without them, the fins wore blisters on the tops of my toes. When you receive them you will probably think they sent a size to small, but they will stretch over your feet if you go by the size recommendations in accordance with your shoe size.

Pros
  • I detail cars all day long and always in water. Since I bought these my feet stay warm and dry.
Cons
  • The socks can create smelly foot odor

Great socks even in boots!

These fin socks are comfortable and made of high quality materials. My husband wears them in his workboots over one pair of socks when we are not snokling to keep his feet warm in winter months. Amaziningly warm and no need to wear more than one pair od socks any more.

Pros
  • I love these and they are so comfortable in or out of the water.
Cons
  • The fins may restrict movement in the ankles and feet

DIVE SOCKS on my review.

THESE DIVE FIN SOCKS WERE EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. AT FIRST I WAS A BIT APPREHENSIVE BECAUSE THEY LOOKED SMALLER THAN MY FOOT SIZE, BUT AFTER TRYING THEM ON I WAS VERY HAPPY. CAN'T WAIT TO USE THEM!

Pros
  • Sports
Cons
  • The socks may cause blisters on the feet

Snug for W 5.5 foot

I wear a women's 5.5 shoe, and these fit VERY snug. I wear them under my (slightly-too-big) surf booties, so I don't mind them being a little tight.

Pros
  • Reduces the risk of slipping on wet surfaces
Cons
  • The fins may be difficult to maneuver in tight spaces

Nice as Long as you Get One Size Bigger

These fit very tight. I am a M8.5 and bought the suggested size; I wish I went one bigger. I know they are supposed to be tight, but these were cutting off the circulation tight. If I had the right size, I would be very happy. The quality is nice, they provide protection and warmth!

Pros
  • Low profile design for a sleek look
Cons
  • The fins may not be durable enough for frequent use

As long as you know you're buying one sock at a time!

I didn't read carefully enough so I thought I was getting two sets. Also some stitching on one of the socks has already come out after three dives, so I don't know if it will stay together. However it is very comfortable and I had absolutely no rubbing on my feet from the fins, so it did the trick for me.

Pros
  • These run small. I wear a size 7 and should have gotten a size bigger.
Cons
  • The neoprene material may cause allergies in some users

Great Product & Nice Fit

i wear a women's size 8 and the medium size fit me perfect. I use this for my snorkel fins since I have sensitive ankles and it helps protect my ankles from getting blisters so I don't use the product appropriately. I personally love these and have decided to use them as water shoes instead as they are super comfy and easier to store in my beach bag.

Pros
  • Ideal for use in rocky or uneven terrain
Cons
  • The neoprene material may be difficult to clean and dry after use

were comfortable and I did not get any discomfort from my .

Bought these for snorkeling; fins usually rub me the wrong way and I end up with blisters. These socks fit as I expected, were comfortable and I did not get any discomfort from my fins. I have never purchased this type of product before so I don't have anything to compare it to, but they seem high quality and well worth the price to avoid even one blister. I wear a women's size 9 shoe and ordered the large, and was happy with how they fit.

Pros
  • Ideal for both recreational and professional use
Cons
  • The socks may cause discomfort and irritation if they are too tight or too loose

I would recommend these items for use on a limited basis

I used these ScubaMax for three days while snorkeling in Curacao. They fit and performed as expected. Don't expect total foot protection while walking on rocky areas, but it helps mitigate the foot pain before putting on your fins. Yes, I would recommend these items for use on a limited basis.

Pros
  • Extra cushioning for walking on rocks or rough surfaces
Cons
  • The neoprene material may cause suffocation if not properly ventilated

my feet stayed nice and warm

They work well.I used them springtime cold water rafting in Maine with another higher cut 2mm neoprene sock over them along with a pair of sneakers. my feet stayed nice and warm.Size large fit my 1.5 US foot size (Nike, NB) perfectly, XL was really baggy and returned.

Pros
  • Good product
Cons
  • The ScubaMax fins are too heavy to comfortably wear for long periods of time

5-8 and large is perfect for me

I wear women shoe size 7.5-8 and large is perfect for me. I also wear it to walk on shore to protect my feet from sharp coral pieces.

Pros
  • Provides extra warmth in cold waters
Cons
  • The neoprene material may be uncomfortable when wet

Neoprene Sock good for me

I would like to update my review. I originally gave these 5 stars but I changed it to 1 star because my son refuses to wear them because they are tight and uncomfortable. He wore them one time. . I bought these 3mm neoprene socks for my 9 year old son to use at swim practice. His fins are slightly too big but the size smaller is slightly too small. We bought the socks to fill the gap in the fins. His shoe size is 2.5 youth. The size small neoprene sock seems to fit. His toe goes right up to the

Pros
  • Provides additional protection from marine life
Cons
  • The socks may cause numbness and tingling in the feet after prolonged use

Does the job for my opinion

Got these for my hike through the Narrows in Utah. Wore them in lieu of regular socks with some running shoes. Kept of feet relatively warm and comfortable although I did the hike in summer so the water temps wasn't that low. I am almost always a size 10 in any shoe (10.5 on rare occasions) and the XL fit perfectly.

Pros
  • Offers additional insulation for those who feel the cold
Cons
  • The fins may not be suitable for users with flat feet

I have bought 3 pair of these. I used them everyday to swim laps. Overall, they last me about a year. However, the stitching comes loose right away (this time within the second swim) and the strings have to be cut off. It's annoying but they serve the purpose of protecting my feet from blisters from my flippers.

Pros
  • Provides a sleek and streamlined look
Cons
  • The fins may not provide enough balance for the user in the water

Great cheap solution for your feet

Great for the price. I bought these for the whole family for our trip to Cancun. I wear a size 10 in womens, and the XL was a bit too roomy. Probably would have been better off with Large, but for walking around on hot sand and swimming in rocky waterways, they did their job.

Pros
  • Minimizes water entry into the fins
Cons
  • The neoprene material may become stiff and inflexible in colder temperatures
