These are the exact width of my hand (I wear large weightlifting gloves), so they fit perfect on my olympic curling bar. And they were the best priced.

But when I do it's because they either suck or are awesome. And this one is definitely the latter. Nice affordable alternative to fat gripz. Fits the bars and dumbbells I'm using in the gym with a bit of a gap. The gap is necessary. No gap then it's not gripping the handle and will not hold tight and could rotate. On the fence about picking up a pair? You won't be after a few bicep/tricep supersets that leaves everything below the shoulder down sizzling like bacon in a hot cast iron pan.

I bought these to increase grip strength and so far I really enjoy them my hand is an extra large in weightlifting gloves and I’m a male this is great for people who don’t have much grip strength but are experience in weightlifting if you are a power lifter you will want a little more thickness if you are a beginner you will want less thickness

For my personal preference, the bore of the hole is too small for an olympic barbell. When these grips are fitted around an olympic barbell, there is a sizeable gap between the two edges of the grip.
