First of all this order was supposed to be 6 for $31.99 but there was only 1! And to top it off, the container was opened and the box it was in was in perfect condition.

City raccoons have invaded our factory. These creatures are not cute and carry an intestinal disease that can kill a person. We used these moth crystals to spread them on the barn roof to scare away the raccoons. This prevented them from climbing onto the roof. In fact, the crystals also improved the smell in the garden. Raccoons aren't crazy about the smell.

Ordered twice in two years. When I first ordered the crystals came in six 1 pound jars. However, they fused together and had to be torn apart. On my second order I received six reusable 1lb packets of small round balls. They weren't glued together. Not sure which is better and how to tell which variant is supplied.

I'm sure they are great for storage. Put them in my garden shed. Read the instructions carefully! I was in a hurry and only scattered about a dozen of these crystals in the nooks and crannies of my house to keep carpet bugs away. I used gloves but after 12 hours I felt very sick. They are NOT the same as moth flakes and evaporate very quickly. I don't think they should be used near residential areas.
