    Badly designed clips

    I can't tell if this hook is badly designed or broken? The network itself seems pretty good, but the hook to secure the network is questionable. Shouldn't that latch touch the hook for a secure fit?

    Perfect fit for 2020 Highlander

    Perfect fit for our 2020 Highlander XLE Hybrid. It's just as durable as the factory models I've used in the past for a fraction of the price. Helps prevent items from falling out of the rear of the Highlander, especially when using 3rd row seating.

    Perfect fit for my 2021 Highlander!

    Glad I stumbled across this luggage net for my 2021 Highlander Hybrid Platinum! It attaches in seconds and fits like a glove. There were a few extra hooks in the kit but they weren't needed. Now my groceries and packages stay in place and I don't have to put them in the back seat or on the floor. I'm glad I bought it!

    It does the job.

    Very happy with this aftermarket load net. It's very good for the price. Not as significant as the one Toyota sells with the car, but several times cheaper. It keeps food and beer in place so they don't fall all over the place. Easy to remove when not in use and easy to stow away in the underfloor compartment.

    The bottom hook fell out of the net and broke. There is no way to contact the company.

    I've tried to find the Trunk Nets Inc. website but it doesn't exist. Wanted to get a new plastic hook to attach the net. Without this it will be useless. Please note that if one of the parts breaks, you may not be able to contact the company to obtain a replacement part. Bad customer service if you can't fix the product. Look at the photo, the piece of plastic that contains the grille has broken off.

    Fits perfectly and is so easy to install

    I have a 2020 Highlander and this sleeve boot fits perfectly! It's big enough to hold a decent share of groceries (depending on your family size). My only complaint would be that I wish the bungee loops that connect the top of each end to the machine itself were a little more secure. It doesn't take you long to slide off the hooks. But overall a great purchase and very useful. Much cheaper than buying an official Toyota accessory.
