This review is of the product and not of the purchase or seller. I have ordered these bags 3 times and all 3 times I have received the EnviroCare bags that I was expecting. They are made of thick and durable cloth-like material that is excellent at trapping dust. I'm not sure they capture 99.9% of all dust as the vacuum chamber is dust tight (although that's maybe 0.1% for a month's use?!). I am very satisfied with this product as I have ordered it twice and will order again soon. As others have said, this is a durable cloth bag, not a paper bag, and fits my Kenmore vacuum perfectly.
