Needed a vacuum cleaner filter before using as my only filter was heavily clogged with drywall dust. Ordered another brand said to fit 82720/02082720. NO ! Didn't work and couldn't make any adjustments. Ordered a replacement EnviroCare HEPA filter. Now you can suck. Thanks and will order again.

ok i have to admit embarrassed i never thought of buying a replacement filter because i bought this filter before the internet but recently i thought to review revain. and here he is. It fitted perfectly and now I intend to have a spare here on the shelf. I am very happy that I can continue to use my Kenmore vacuum! I bought it in 1994 and it has always worked well and never had a problem in almost 17 years of owning and using it. :Above)

I bought this filter to replace the original filter in my vacuum cleaner. This is not a genuine part, but my local vacuum shop didn't have it in stock. It fits reasonably well, but the medium feels very thin compared to Kenmore's original. I don't expect this filter to last more than a year while the original worked fine for 3 years. After vacuuming I feel like I'm not vacuuming like I used to. I will use it as it is not worth returning but next time I will buy the original filter.
