Filter material is identical to the original. But you have to cut it to the right size. This is not optimal. The material is easy to cut.

If you have a Hoover wind tunnel and have changed the bag but the odor is still present during use, it is time to change the filters.

Found a Hoover windpipe at a local fundraiser that looked brand new. I guess it was donated because it didn't suck anymore. Why? The bag was sooooo full of dirt, it was a HARD BLOCK! The filters were brown. Dust in every corner and edge. Brought it home, cleaned it, swapped out the bags and used these filters. Works perfectly!

i could not use it! This filter was too small, although I've read that it fits my turbocharged Hoover upright vacuum. I was very disappointed. I returned it. I can't seem to find a replacement Hefa filter for my vacuum cleaner😢. Cleaned the old filter. Too bad companies don't make replacement filters for their old models anymore, so you'll have to buy a new one!

These filters are approximately 3 times thicker than the factory filter that came with my Hoover Tempo Widepath. The extra thickness is probably a good thing; I suspect that a thicker filter will capture more particles. The downside is that they are also a bit wider than the original filter so I had to trim them down to fit. It's okay though; It only took 10 seconds and a good pair of scissors.

Fast fit. On the Hoover Windtunnel Tempo Widepath, they don't have the same shape as the bay they come into. The width is perfect but you will need to cut off a small bent corner to fit and some length. But it's so easy. If you have trouble using your scissors, simply place your old scissors on top of your new ones and snip off both ends! The 3 layer construction is really good and seems like it works better thanks to the more durable material and it's great value because you get two!
