Fits right into my Eureka 4475. If it ever breaks I would prefer a bagless vacuum with washable filters like the Shark. The design of this model implies plastic waste in a landfill and the need to purchase such filters. The plastic housing of the new filter is bright yellow.

The plastic doesn't feel as hard as the Eureka plastic it replaced, but that probably doesn't affect its function. So far, so good. The vacuum cleaner picked up the dirt and didn't blow it back into the room. I wouldn't have thought of myself as someone who cares what my vacuum cleaner looks like, but here I am writing. One star off for sure yellow.

I keep using the old vacuum cleaner in the basement. Fortunately, we can still use these replacement filters when servicing our old vacuums. And you don't have to look in vain at your local Sears or anywhere else. I enjoy maintaining old equipment - it's part of the effort to protect and care for the environment. The fit was perfect. The yellow color was a nice change - the previous ones were black.
