Disappointing scent, no noticeable benefits

This hand cream promised the enticing fragrance of orange blossom and vanilla, but I was seriously let down .The scent was sickly sweet and overpowering, sticking with me well into the day. As for effectiveness, I didn`t notice any improvements in the appearance or feel of my hands. At the hefty price point, I expected more from this beauty brand. The only pro I can think of is the PACKAGING is pretty..

It smells like oranges, a bit pricey for a small size but where does the content come from?

I was hoping for a more floral orange blossom scent than a fruity orange scent. It smells like orange cream with a hint of plastic. The label says it's made in the USA with local and imported ingredients. What does that mean? Made a concentrated version overseas and added water to it in the US?
