Please note that if your receiver has the function of reverse, the reverse button will work. MAKE SURE you are using incandescent bulbs that light dimmer button can control the brightness. If your light is LED bulbs, just can control LED bulbsโ€™ on/off. ๐Ÿ’›CEILING FAN REMOTE CONTROL - Match the dip switches on the receiver which inside the ceiling fan. As long as the fan has the receiver (must have same dip switches too). This remote works with Hampton Bay and Harbor Breeze Ceiling Fans. Just remember to set the 4 dip switches inside the battery compartment(They are hidden behind the slot for the battery itself).

Works with our Hunter & Hampton Bay fans.

Perfect replacement for our 10 year old remote control, turns the light on and off, 3 fan speeds and allows you to change the direction of the fans. Clockwise in summer, counterclockwise in winter

Works great as a replacement for my Hampton Bay ceiling fan

Although this is not a manufacturer's original remote, you will never tell the difference. Works great and is an exact replica of the remote that originally came with the fan.

Finally found a worthy replacement!

Finally. For some reason, Hampton Bay stopped offering these remotes to their old fans. Ours is about 7 years old. This shows that companies don't make products long-term because they stop supporting them once they're out of stores. We tried another unbranded model but it didn't work. This worked great. Thank you!

Replaced my old remote, worked right out of the box

My previous fan remote stopped working. I highlighted the slide configuration in the console. I ordered this new remote control. It worked right out of the box. I made sure the slides matched: little white switches in the remote where the battery is. They are numbered 1, 2, 3 and 4 and some slides are at the top and some are at the bottom. If you have your fan installed, you probably know which setting you chose. I didn't install the fan so I made sure it set the frequency so you can controlโ€ฆ

Great replacement for the lost remote control that came with the ceiling fan.

I needed it in a hurry and delivery times for many available options, mainly this brand and Hampton Bay, were slow. But it had fast delivery speed. I don't have reverse gear on my fan, although the remote is equipped for it, so I can't rate this feature other than how well the other features work out of the box. I'm pretty sure the reverse function works too. I would buy this brand again, the price was much better than the other brand and if it works for a long time then it's a really goodโ€ฆ

Fast installation! Best in Accessories

I thought I'd have to take the fan apart to see what the code settings are for my remote, but as shown in the instructions there are a limited number of code configurations so it's easier to try them one at a time. and within 5 minutes you should be in the store. My remote got lost a few months after moving into the house. Luckily the owner had a different remote control for the other fan and I hoped they were both the same but couldn't remember as I rarely used them. I did 7 attempts withโ€ฆ
